The Calambeo sector is located in the north-western area of Ibagué, highlightng broad green areas, easy access to the center and main roads of the city.

There is built a set of three towers each of 12 floors, of 44 units. The apartments have 69 m2 distributed in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. They have three common areas, the barbecue, the playground and social areas that include a pool for children and adults.
